Ma'an Network operates under an efficient project management structure, which encompasses professional project coordination, efficient and accountable financial policies (including external audits by Pricewaterhouse Coopers), and a research unit dedicated to monitoring and evaluation.

The organization is lead by a team of experienced media professionals and project managers and is guided by the Board of Directors and General Assembly, who bring extensive media industry experience and a dedication to furthering independent, trustworthy media in the Palestine.
