Welcome to Ma'an Network Ma'an Network is a non-profit media organization founded in 2002 to strengthen independent Palestinian media, build links between local, regional and international media, and consolidate freedom of expression and media pluralism as keys to promoting democracy and human rights in Palestine. Ma'an, which means “together” in Arabic, is based in Bethlehem and works in partnership with independent journalists throughout Palestine, including nine local television stations and nine local radio stations. Guided by the Ma'an Board of Directors and General Assembly, our activities include television, video, and radio production, an online news agency covering events in Palestine around the clock, and training courses for Palestinian journalists and media personnel. We are committed to providing objective, professional reporting and media programs that empower Palestinians and accurately convey Palestinian concerns to the international community.
